How Do I Go About Returning to Work?

There are several steps to making a successful return to work.

  1. Make sure you are physically and emotionally ready.
  2. Make sure there is a job to return to.
  3. Learn about the workplace accommodations you need and are entitled to in order to return to work.

    • What kinds of workplace accommodations exist?
    • What is a “Reasonable Accommodation?”
  1. If you were injured on the job, learn about on-the-job injuries.
  2. Consider whether you might benefit from vocational rehabilitation.
